The Office of the Executive Secretary has officially released Proclamation No. 1264, designating Wednesday, May 27, 2026, as a regular holiday. This observance is in accordance with Republic Act No. 9849, which recognizes the 10th day of the Islamic month of Dhu al-Hijjah as a national holiday. This decision serves to facilitate the religious practices of our Muslim brothers and sisters during the Feast of Sacrifice.
